What are our prices based on?
Cost calculation depends on the following general parameters:
- Rough material requested
- Required process
- Ordered quantity
- Material yield factor
- Delivery time
What is standard base material for AKA PCB?
We keep in stock standard CCL (copper clad laminates):
- CEM1
- CEM3
- CEM3 Thermal
- FR4
- MCCL Aluminium base
What is our production capacity?
We have a capacity of 150,000 – 180,000 m2 PCB yearly .
What is the optimal order quantity?
Optimal order quantity depends on your actual demand for particular product.
For cost sensitive products there is always a question present, is it better to buy a risky higher quantity at lower cost or to buy safer smaller batches with a flexible delivery.
There is no general answer, but we are very competitive on the EU market with our flexible deliveries.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We define minimum order quantity (MOQ) in an offer, depends on the requested process and material.
How to ensure agreed delivery time for high volume orders?
Calculation is based on real production data converted to estimated processing time for each operation.
Software according to all entered values generates estimated production time, similar as google maps calculates your estimated travel time by calculating actual traffic.
Delivery time for mass production is agreed upon order quantity, available material and processing capacities.
What is the production time for standard PCB?
- Processing time for small orders – 5 working days.
- Processing time for quantities under 50 m2 – 7-10 working days.
- Delivery time for mass production is agreed upon order quantity, available material and processing capacities.
